I cannot recommend Kristy Garside enough. When my father unexpectedly had to go into a nursing home, our family found ourselves in need of a lawyer to help us navigate the complex Medicaid process. Jeremy Howe was appointed GAL during my divorce in Newport. He demonstrated extreme bias against me and always favored my wealthy ex-wife and her attorney. When called upon by the judge to speak about our case his first words to the court were always about how much money I owed him. His appearance and speaking manner are unimpressive.
