I recently called Attorney Lima's office for some help and, although I didn't end up retaining them, I was so impressed that I had to leave a review. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful from the very first call. Kim, who took my call, spoke with me for about 20 minutes and gave me genuinely helpful information about the closing process. She didn't rush me, pressure me, or try to "lock in" my details for a call back. She simply listened and guided me through what I needed to know. I was honestly pretty distressed when I called, and she helped calm me down just by explaining things clearly and compassionately. That kind of support is rare. I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown by Attorney Lima's office. Highly recommend based on my experience!
