After waiting an entire year for the arbitration hearing, I was disappointed to find that my attorney was not present on the day of the hearing. Instead, a colleague represented me, which I believe negatively impacted my case. This experience led me to feel that my situation was not treated with the priority it deserved. As a working professional, I understand the importance of first impressions and effective communication in any business relationship. Unfortunately, this experience has solidified my decision not to seek legal assistance from your firm in the future. The way this case was handled could have resulted in dire consequences for me and my family members involved, and I did not appreciate how it was managed.
