I called Dan chaika about taking my case and he first said he needed to do research. I called again after a month and his secretary said he was still doing research and that their office had been flooded so to have patience. Another month went by so now this had been two months and I left another another message and I was told the same thing. It doesn't take two months to do research about the law regarding my case. I even did the research myself and tried to present it to him but he was too busy. If a lawyer is not interested in a case, he should have the decency to just tell you and not string you along.
