Attorney Laura Bayer had a lot thrown at her with my complex case, in the middle of a transition when the other lawyer (Shawn) won judge in Lancaster and had to drop my case. I submitted an online request and received a call back same day (within a few hours). While my matter was complicated, a very kind, polite, and professional paralegal called me back to confirm what I needed. She then referred me to the York County Bar Association and I found someone with more expertise in the matter. When other firms in the area just ghosted me, they were professional enough to acknowledge my issue would be better suited elsewhere and gave me the tools I needed to get help.
