I have been dealing professionally with law firms throughout my career as a Business Broker. David Halpern, and his staff are one of the best to get the job done I have ever been associated with. David or a member of his staff are in the tranches working to get the best settlements for me as possible. Every time I contacted him with a question, he would return my call with a friendly and a caring response. A number of times he would contact me just to see how I was doing. I consider David a sincere friend and a wonderful person. The Doctors have diagnosed me with mesothelioma, now that I have David own my team, I can die peaceable knowing that my wife will be in a financially secure place when I die.

My father was diagnosed with mesothelioma in January 2024, Upon receiving the diagnosis he reached out to another lawyer that referred him to THE HALPERN LAW FIRM. He reached out to the firm the same day he was referred to them. Dave Halpern setup an appointment to come to my home later that evening to meet with my father. Initially my father was still able to leave our home for me to take him to appointments and do other activities, even though he was still mobile, Dave Halpern met with him at our home on numerous occasions. He made any and every concession he could to be sure that my father was comfortable during the initiation of his case. Dave, kept us updated on a regular basis of what he would be doing to support my father and our family. As my father's power of attorney I was very involved with my father's medical treatment and impending lawsuit, Dave was super supportive and always available to my father, mother and myself. My father passed in March 2024, after his passing, Dave continues to be supportive and constantly reassuring to me as we continue with our lawsuit. Since my father's passing, I have also been in contact with other members of the firm for varying reasons, all of whom have been very supportive in this process.
