I found my experience with this office to be only slightly less abysmal than any other attorney I have dealt with. As with the majority of the profession, I found the Attorney that I spoke with had the tendency to omit key details when she discussed the case with me. She did not utilize appropriate timelines and made several promises she then reneged on. She quoted us specific dollar amounts in writing that she then could not deliver. Her itemized fees list contained several items that she did not discuss with me prior and that I would not have approved of had I known about them in advance. While her paralegal answered every single one of my communications, the attorney was rarely available, never responded to me directly, and was late to the only meeting we had face to face. She didn't care what happened to me and my case as long as she brought in her 30% of my damages. She did not care what my injuries were or how they related to my accident. She just took the easiest route to a swift conclusion. At the end of day, she applauded herself on a "best possible outcome" in which she and my insurance company took 80% of my settlement. She claimed she could compel the insurance company to refund up to 50% of their initial piece of my settlement money. However, it has now been five months since I have spoken to her and I have yet to see a single penny more than the 20% I was left with initially. In conclusion, this law firm is not worth your time unless you're bringing them millions and even that I can only speculate on. My injury changed my life forever and I don't even have the satisfaction of justice or closure.

I was beyond pleased with the way my case was handled. Each time I either called or emailed the office either Lori or Kara responded quickly. I had many questions and I also deal with memory issues but they always spoke to me with respect and made sure that I understood everything that was going on. They were so patient with me. I could not have asked for a better team.
