Although I was unable to afford their services (although they do have a payment plan and are fairly priced!), Kenneth and Kirby were incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable during our phone conversations. They gave me some valuable information that could help me going forward even though I could not retain them, too. They listened carefully, asked questions, and validated my thoughts and concerns.
