After finding myself in a challenging legal situation, I was advised to contact Kyle Rude. I followed that recommendation and am very grateful I did. Kyle was straightforward, focused, and made the process easy to understand, clearly explaining what to expect. Both Kyle and his paralegal were responsive, respectful, and a pleasure to work with throughout. I'm pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend him!

My mentally ill friend was savagely beaten in prison. Amy Boring made him re-live the trauma repeatedly over and over again by seeing numerous doctors over the course of almost six months and having to explain what happened to him each time. Again and again. His lip is deformed and he has a lump inside of his mouth that gets in the way of his chewing. And he is missing his front tooth and has ugly scars on his chin and face because of the injury he sustained.
Amy Boring knew from the beginning that she was never going to file because she couldn't prove that he reported to prison staff that his safety was at risk. She still made him go through hell just because she presumed he was asinine enough to think she was actually being a decent attorney.
Amy Boring's reason for not filing has nothing to do with the medical records. It's because she cannot prove he reported his safety was at risk to prison staff. She should not have put him through the horrid process of undergoing numerous medical visits with X-Rays etc. It's basically impossible to prove that an inmate reported to prison staff that their safety was at risk. So why even bother to pretend you're "looking into it" when you know you're not going to file before even starting the medical evaluations.

Kyle Rude is the most outstanding lawyer and human being I've ever done business with. Open communication with me and my son. Every single promise he made, he kept. The time my son needed him at the Bradford County Correctional Facility, Kyle was there in less than 24 hours. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He got ridiculous charges dropped, and protected family members. He stood up to the DA and he corrected the judges sentence. Honestly, he seemed to know the laws better than the judge. Extremely professional. I would recommend him to anyone.
