I recently engaged Dan to handle the settlement for a house I bought in PA. It was my first time selling, then buying a house.Things have changed a lot since my first purchase. The whole process is very stressful. The anxiety comes from having to trust strangers with is basically my life's savings and not knowing what's expected. This was made worse in my case because of some unreliable and untrustworthy "professionals" involved with the sale of my house that caused delays. In this case, there was a failure to complete a wire transfer on the part of my buyer's attorney, twice. This left us scrambling and distraught to the very end. Dan was on top of everything and his professionalism gave us confidence and went a long way to sooth our nerves. He was always available and went above and beyond even taking the time to meet me at the bank to receive the money and then escorted me to the closing. Can't thank him enough. If ever I'm in need, Dan is the only one I'm going to call
