What an awful experience. After hounding Ryan for a week I finally received the sales agreement for my fiance and I's first home. After reading it I found numerous mistakes.For one, my fiances name was no where to be found, and beyond that there were multiple mistakes throughout the contingency clause. Ok fine, everyone makes a mistake. So I contacted him and made him aware of these issues and told him I made an appointment with my mortgage rep for a week later and thqat I'd need the agreement by then. That didn't happen. I waited for this CORRECTED agreement for 6 WEEKS, pushing my closing date back a month. I kept calling and calling and he would not budge. told me my mortgage rep had no idea what she was talking about, told me he sent the agreement to the sellers to sign and they hadn't sent it back yet (I was in contact with the sellers the whole time, they never received it) and told me that I wasn't his client, but the sellers were and that I had no right to write this review as someone who wasn't paying him. I kept that voicemail to show everyone of my friends that may think about going to this joker. When I finally received the "corrected" agreement, he threw an extra line in, which stated that we must close on Sept. 29th. The day before the closing date I told him was the earliest the bank could do, sept 30th. I cant believe the lack of respect, integrity and customer service from this firm. Everyone here should be ashamed that Ryan Dansack let this go on. PATHETIC

I've used Ryan and Barry for legal issues plus I have known Jim for years. These are very fair priced and honest lawyers that I can't recommend highly enough!
