I had heard from multiple people that even if with solid documentation, detailed medical history, updated information, reputable doctors' recommendations and sometimes several attempts, getting approved for disability settlements and/or recurring payments could be very difficult without having an attorney. My brother had actually heard great things about Jamie and set up a consultation for the three of us via phone just before I had my hip replaced in January of 2025. Jamie, along with his paralegals guided me through the process and also the paperwork I received from Social Security. Not once when I called his office during business hours did I have to leave a message. One of the paralegals always answered the phone and was able to help me, even when I was frazzled by some of the questions on the forms. They always reassured me and helped me put things into perspective. I was told it could take 10, 12 months, possibly over a year for SSDI to decide and progress with my healing was a factor as well. Much to my surprise I received a decision in early July 2025 along with a check. The process took less than five months for me, which is very rare from what I'm told, and I am convinced I would still be drowning in paperwork and "Oh, No, Not Again" if it hadn't been for Mr. Hall and his staff. PLEASE don't try to do this alone! Call these folks. They know what they're doing.

Jamie and his team were absolutely invaluable as I transitioned to disability and applied for disability benefits. In addition to helping navigate the application process for Social Security Disability, he also was essential in submitting a claim for private LTD benefits. All applications for benefits were successfully approved sooner than anticipated, and with minimal complications. Prior to engaging Jamie, I had worked with two other attorneys who claimed to be SS disability experts, but didn't compare to Jamie's ability.
