Rich is the man. Back in 2008 I was put on probation for the lowest level misdemeanor you could have. I got sentenced to two years probation. Towards the end of the two years, I got a new PO who was trying to make a name for himself. He violated me for spotting me at a bar/restaurant in West Chester. They "re-paroled" me which meant they started my time over. That PO made me go to intensive outpatient classes three times a week after I failed a drug test... For weed. I was referred to Muth and I'll never forget the expression on my PO's face when I walked in with Muth. It was an immediate shift in the way I was treated. Six months later I was off of probation and my case was closed. He's the man. He is the most respected lawyer in Chester County when it comes to criminal defense and if you're lucky enough to have him represent you, you should thank your lucky stars, because he's simply the best.

Mr. Muth is a great individual. He helped me out when I did some things in college that were not up to my character. I would recommend him to anyone looking to move forward with their life and put the past behind them.

He is a wonderful salesman. He'll sell you everything you want to hear. But after you fork over all your money... he doesn't even do half of what he promised. Time for his retirement. He only cares about the $$$ not the person. The public defenders work harder and accomplish more than he does. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Mr. Muth seemed nice when I met him for a few minutes. I had emailed him to ask some questions and he never bothered to email me back or to say that another lawyer was handling the case.
