A tremendous amount of information to process. Very helpful to me to assist with gathering the proper documents and trying to determine what best fits our needs at this time. My husband and I definitely need to make some adjustments before we even begin the process in deciding what will be best for us and our adult children. Our biggest issue will be naming an executor (or trustee). We would want our son, but he lives out of state. However he has had experience performing this task where he lives. I have read that the state of PA may not accept an out of state executor/trustee. Our daughter has no experience although she is local. Really appreciate the workshop and would definitely be interested if there are any more available.
