We had the distinct pleasure of working with Faith on updating our Wills/important legal documents. She is very professional, knew what we needed, and asked all the right questions to complete the important tasks. She is sensitive to personal information and made some very helpful suggestions that we would not have known to even ask about to complete the process. Aside from all this--she is SO prompt! I consulted with Faith about a house sale that was a result of my inheriting my father's estate. I had never been in this situation before. Faith was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and guided me through what would have otherwise been a difficult and stressful process. She and her colleague even came out to look at the house. I highly recommend Faith to anyone looking for an expert real-estate lawyer in the State College area!

Tony seems like a nice guy, but I would not recommend him as an attorney. He is unorganized, often tardy, and almost never responds to emails, phone calls, or texts. He also does not provide copies of emails (which are few and far between) that he sends to opposing counsel, so you are constantly guessing on the status and details of your case. He did not instill me with confidence to guide me through the legal processes. The final straw for me was when he failed to file some legal forms that he asked me to come into his office and sign. He said that he would file them 2 days later, but that never happened. I even texted him about a week later to make sure that the filing went as planned, and there was no response. Eventually, I went into his office after he did not respond to texts, emails, or phone calls, and his receptionist did not even know where he was. I got a cryptic response from him a couple of days later, indicating that he would call me at a specific date and time. That date came and went, and I never heard from him again. The lawyer that I replaced Tony with got my case moving and was able to accomplish more in 2 weeks than he did in over a year.

Tony is GREAT! I am a long term business owner in State College. He came very highly recommended from another business owner. Tony referred me to his wife Faith for another legal issue. Unfortunately, my experience with Faith was less that satisfactory. I found her to be unprofessional, non-responsive and very expensive for her skill set. Don't take my word, ask others who have used her services or who have been on the other side of deals with her. Very disappointed! Faith has been reported to the Bar Association. The bill has been paid in full, however she has refused to provide documentation as to her email and telephone communications and billable hours. When questioned, she called me a "pig". Please beware! Contact the Pennsylvania Bar Association if you have any questions about her ethics. In retaliatory nature, Faith left a negative review on my Google account even though she is not a patient and never has been.

Faith and Tony are both great lawyers and are very helpful. As someone who had no idea where to begin with a Will and Power of Attorney, Faith took the time to explain it in detail and help guide us in our decisions. I haven't had to utilize Tony's services, but I've know people that have utilized his services and were very pleased with the outcome of their cases. I personally have recommended them to friends and family members.
