I called into their office for a consultation. I explained to the assistant about my accident and how I was rear ended by a driver while I was a passenger in a uber. Told her all my injuries she told me that she was going to transfer me to a lawyer named Marc de Luca. When I was transferred I got no answer. Then she said he's on another call he'll call you right back. Never called back. So the next day I called to see why I didn't receive a call back. I was told he was out the office and that he will call me back when he gets back. I left my name and number again and still no call back. I first called on 7/6 then call back on 7/7. Here it is 7/10 and still nothing. disappointed with this team I thought they had your back!!

This was the first time that I had the occasion to require an attorney. Although the process took a long time to get resolved I was pleased with the result that Shellie and Mark were able to deliver.
