Ronald J. Bua & Associates

Ronald Bua was supposed to represent me and be in court on May 21st 2025. Ronald never showed for court and I had to speak on my own behalf. The judge and court reporter were stunned and even asked if I would like if they called his office. I declined! Ronald Bua and Colleen have caused me so much distress from this entire ordeal. Lack of communication, neglect and total disregard for my time! I've filed a complaint with the office of disciplinary about Ronald and Colleen ( she's a paralegal) and she is the only person i spoke to my entire case except for one time when she put Ronald on speaker to say 2 words! DO NOT HIRE RONALD because you will be represented by a paralegal like I was!!

If you looking for an Attorney to represent you don't go to Ronald Bua, I believe he has dementia and Colleen Dees his paralegal has been taking on his cases! As a matter of fact there is a case against colleen dees for other people she try to represent! I contacted Ronald Bua associates because of a car accident. Colleen agreed to take on the case. The entire time which was around 2 years I only spoke to Ronald once most of the correspondence was with Colleen which was shady at best! I would send countless emails regarding my case and never get a response. Then once I did get a response Colleen always had an excuse of why she was MIA. My dog died, I was sick, I had a funeral to go to, my tooth fell out, I had covid... I mean you name it and she came up with an excuse! She also knew my case wasn't a big money maker for her and claimed she would discount the 33% but she didn't. So if you're looking for an attorney that will tell you the truth, get back to you in a timely fashion, and speak directly to you don't come here you will be really disappointed like me. Ronald and or Colleen wont release me as their client after I fired them and got new attorney!!! Shame on these people!

I highly recommend the services provided by this attorney's office. They took care of my claim which Ron and his staff were well-informed, professional, and compassionate in their approach. They were always available to answer any questions I had and kept me updated on the progress of my case. This firm was extremely knowledgeable about the legal procedures surrounding car accidents and was able to negotiate a settlement that covered all my medical expenses, lost wages, and damages to my vehicle. I would give 0 stars if allowed. An associate at this office took all my information related to my accident. On 9/1/2020 I even received a signed letter from Mr. Bua himself thanking me for the opportunity to represent me. I was reaching out every few months for an "update" and to this day, 4 years later no update, no phone calls, no letter saying sorry we have decided not to represent you. Every time I called their office I was told everything was slow due to Covid. Fours years later and the world has moved on but Ronald J Bua & Associates must still be stuck in 2020. I would not recommend this firm if you expect to be treated as a valuble customer, no matter how little money you would put in his pocket.
