I don't even know where to begin, but I guess the beginning would be the best place. Three years ago I had such an awful experience with the Medicial Industry. My son reached out to a Law Firm and after a year of them supposedly working on it they contacted me and said "it would be to hard to prove who is responsible ". I was then referred to Joe Froetschel and he was God sent. He took the time to listen to me and was so kind and attentive. I am so grateful that he took my case. His staff was always there for me to answer any questions I may have had; along with Joe being on top of everything. The day finally came and we had a meeting with every party involved in my dilemma. As I walked into the office I was greated by the staff there and they were so consoling because I was really nervous. Along with Joe there to fight for me I had the pleasure to meet Laura Phillips who was also there for me. I couldn't believe that the whole team was there. On a final note THEY WON FOR ME and people were made accountable for what I had gone through. I can honestly say there is no other Firm I would ever go to. If I could give zero I would!! Kept my mother's case in limbo for almost a year. Every three to six months would ask for new records which she had to pay for and postage, told me my mother had a case only to not take it. Even gave me another list of attorneys! I believe it was due to discrimination. If my mother was white this firm would've fought for her. She was MUTILATED by West Penn Hospital...so much so that they had to rush her into surgery.... Has a permanent scar and has to take LIFE LONG MEDICATION!! The doctor who botched my mom's surgery even admitted guilt! The hospital doesn't even deny they did it..... yet you don't take the case?!? Yeah there's only one reason I can think of.... And it's not because there ISN'T a case. It's a shame you can't get quality representation in this city because of the color of your skin! At the end of the day they admitted guilt. At the very least we could've gotten a settlement!!!!!
