McMenamin & Wing

I was recently hit by a car and was badly hurt. I have the rear dashcam footage to show that I was stopped at a stoplight when they hit me. I reached out to McMenamin and Wing and was told that I have to pay $75,000 upfront before anyone would even look at my case. The exact words used to the man on the phone was. We will need a retainer of $75,000 in full. Once we receive that we can go ahead and schedule an appointment to go over your case with you." I mentioned that 75 thousand dollars was A LOT of money to put down upfront without the lawyer(s) even seeing what I am working with. And was told "Either pay the retainer or go waste some other lawyers time." Then he hung up on me. I have since reached out to another law firm who has already started looking at me case and he didn't require a down payment of $75000 before speaking with me. In fact he provided me a FREE consultation. If I were you I would not waste my time with this law firm.

A wonderful team of compassionate and knowledgeable individuals. They aren't your "typical" lawyers. Professional and empathetic throughout my claim. Never pushy or demanding. I'd would highly recommend this firm to anyone dealing with a workman's comp injury!

I attempted to get a hold of them. I never a received a call back. I did get an email saying that they had made contact with me and wanted my opinion on how it went. I put in there I never received a phone call. I tried calling them, got went to voicemail I left a voicemail, and still have not received a call. Don't even bother with them, they are a waste of your time! Reply to McMenamin's response. That is the number I called, I have the email and the call logs that show I attempted to call you in Nov. 24 at 10.27, November 26 at 10.16 and again December 1 at 09.17. I have triple checked the phone number and am more than happy to send a screenshot (assuming anyone actually returns my calls).

I can't express my gratitude for this firm. Tom was incredible. Even though he couldn't help me in a legal way, he took time out of his busy schedule to explain everything to me. That is more than any other lawyer has done in over a year. Tom taking the time out of his day for me was enough for me to put my incident to bed. Thank you so much!
