Just had my settlement hearing and it was a success and that's all thanks to Bill Copetas! I highly recommend this firm to anyone going through job related issues. He had my back for a whole year, answered every single call and email within the same day and was polite the whole way through. Please take this review as I've described it and take it as fact. Trust me you will NOT be disappointed!

I hired this firm in September 2021. I used to receive a monthly follow up treatment phone call. Those calls ended in March 2023. I was encouraged by one of the attorneys to follow up with a neurosurgeon which I did in March. I emailed the firm that I did not feel comfortable having an aggressive surgery. Five weeks later I received a letter that they were releasing me as a client. I called to discuss this with Tom Hall and never received a return call. I have documentation of all received and initiated calls. Apparently my hesitation to have major surgery cut into their projected proceeds from my injury. The biggest mistake I ever made was hiring this firm. Filing a grievance with the PA Disciplinary Board.

Absolutely the very best staff Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with in any business. Kayla, Sara and Blanca are definitely the best support staff a business could have. All three of these ladies wasted no time ever handling my needs. Bill did a fantastic job as well, phone calls were either answered immediately or returned within a couple of hours. Bill and I negotiated a very quick and acceptable settlement and he had my back the whole way. Glad to put this chapter behind us and glad we had Hall and Copetas in our corner!

The Attorneys of Thomas Hall & Associates, their Paralegals and staff were exceptional in helping me with my car accident to receive the compensation I truly deserve, Every time I had questions concerning my case or needed to get a status on what was happening they got back to me promptly with everything I need to know regarding my case. They kept me informed of proceedings, submitting of record documents, and called me continuously to follow up on my treatments, all the staff were always very cordial, no one seemed irritated by my asking questions and calling me back with answers. She gave me a complete analysis of what I had asked her like spontaneously, and after I had compared what she submitted to me everything added up. Then I knew that this was a legitimate firm and one with integrity that I can trust. Attorney Bill also is a very kind and understanding attorney he too didn't mind addressing my concerns and I was always able to get a call back and speak with the Attorneys when I needed to the most. They all listen to me as a person not just some client, but as someone that they treated respectfully and for that I am very grateful . This team is dependable, trustworthy and very honest. Tom and his staff were always on top of what was to come. They kept in constant contact and were very easy to get a hold of when needed. I would recommend Tom and his staff to anyone who needs their services. Highly professional, courteous and very knowledgeable.
