When my grandmother's auto insurance refused to pay for a rental car, one phone call from John got the whole thing sorted out and I had transportation within a day. The collision also happened during a time when cars were incredibly difficult to source- but a connection of John's got my grandma's car replaced within a reasonable timeframe and at a good price. John was a true lifeline during a very traumatic time, and I could not recommend him more highly.
