I was gaslighted and lead on by Brian McCormick jr he told me November 2024 that my case settle and that I should received payout within 6-7 weeks. He lead me on all the way to ending of April with delays and issue with the firm not receiving the money for Johnson and Johnson and then receiving the money but having issue with the bank by clearing it and direct deposit. I got so fed up with the consistency of issues so I just show up to the firm in April close to may to find out that Brian was fired since January and not one single person from the Ross feller Casey informed me that he was not my lawyer anymore. Keep in mind he was my lawyer handling my case over 10 years. So for over half a year he been handling my private and sensitive information without the legal right to. I don't know what to do
