The Rizzi law group gave me another chance in life. I had been battling with Ingles Workman's comp from Feb 2023 until May 2024. I was going to have shoulder surgery and I knew I could not deal with recovery and workman's comp. It was always a battle. I was misdiagnosed by OrthoCarolina and gratefully after many letters to Stephanie, at Ingles workman's comp. I finally received a 2nd opinion with AppOrtho and my surgery was in 8 days. On Memorial Day I filled out a form online and Mr. Rizzi called me and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I will never forget this day as long as I live, I finally felt I had hope. Mr. Rizzi took my case. I had my surgery. Then I met my sweet Mona, Mr. Rizzi's legal assistant. She arranged my PT close to home. Something I ask Stephanie, at Ingles workman's comp repeatedly. BUT Mona got it done!! I never had to deal with workman's comp again. Mona was always on top of it. She is wonderful. They have been so good to me. I thank God for Mr. Rizzi and Mona!!!
