I recently had a consultation with Keith Kofsky in regards to a slip and fall incidents. Do not waste your time here, recently had consultation with them. The experience wasn't helpful, they did not care about following up, and were actually quite rude about explaining things. Basically if your case isn't easy money for them, they don't care much. These types of firms are a dime a dozen, you can certainly find better representation than these "slip n fall coUUusin Vinny" types, dodged a bullet here.
