As a grieving widow and mother of three -- one with a disability -- I entrusted this firm with my husband's wrongful death case for over 5 years. What I experienced was beyond disappointing. I was denied access to my full case file for months. When I finally received documents, I was sent graphic images of my husband's deceased body without warning or sensitivity, despite having explicitly asked to review materials myself and be notified of any disturbing content. No care. No respect. No emotional consideration. When I voiced concerns, I was met with delays, avoidance, and deflection. I was told things like "a jury won't care" about my disabled child -- a deeply offensive, ableist comment that no client should ever hear, especially from their own legal representative. This was not just a legal case -- this was my family, my life, and my trauma. I expected advocacy, not apathy. I'm sharing this so others -- especially families of color, disabled children, or those seeking justice -- are aware of what can happen when you put your trust in the wrong hands.
