My experience with Jeff Gross and his colleagues was second to none. My comp case was open for 3 years nearly to the day. Every day of those three years I felt confident the firm was fully involved in my case. Jeff's assistant Angie was so compassionate and sympathetic to my case as well. She did work to get bills paid that the insurance co just didn't want to cover, as well as contacting the insurance co when checks were late or wrong. Jeff was available to answer questions and concerns anytime thought cell or email. Through appeals and hard work Jeff was able to increase my monthly comp checks by over $800.
