Extremely disappointing experience. I came to Anapol Weiss as a survivor seeking justice and support in a deeply personal legal matter. I expected compassion, transparency, and professionalism but what I received instead was silence, neglect, and a lack of accountability. Months went by with no real updates or returned calls. Every time I asked for progress, I got vague answers and no clarity on what was being done. There was no sense of urgency or empathy, and I often felt like I didn't matter. It's painful enough for survivors to come forward being ignored or dismissed by the very people who promise to fight for you only makes it worse. If you are a survivor seeking genuine representation a firm that actually listens, communicates, and respects you I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I'm not looking for another polite follow-up or a scripted apology. What I expected from Anapol Weiss was real advocacy, not surface-level communication. When a survivor comes forward, we're already taking one of the hardest steps imaginable. To then feel dismissed, overlooked, or minimized by the very people who claim to fight for victims is devastating. This isn't about "expectations" it's about integrity, follow through, and respect. I've shared my experience so others can see what really happens behind the marketing. Survivors deserve more than empty words we deserve action, honesty, and accountability.

Very professional respectful considerate team of people I have dealt with at Anapol Weiss. I couldn't had asked for a better group to handle my mother's case. Thank you all for your time & consideration in my civil matter.

The employees are very nice people whenever I email or text them I always get a response back. It's not their fault that the settlement is taken this long but they are doing their best hopefully it will be settled soon. Thanks

Do NOT trust these people. They take your case and then the communication stops. They won't respond to calls or emails. This lack of response has been going on since June. Kiersten and Marni were so responsive initially and seemed so sympathetic but it's pretty clear to me now that it's an act. Look at the other negative reviews and go elsewhere!

This firm has been representing me for almost 10 year, with good communication from them, until the PPI settlements were reached, now when I ask questions about certain parts of my case my answers are very vague; my emails aren't being addressed. I have serious TRUST issues with this firm.
