I had a wonderful experience. That's not easy to say when referring to attorneys, but Ms. Osterhout was not only professional and efficient, but personable and on top of her game. Lindsay was outstanding in getting my adult son's disability onset date moved from 2018 to 2013 so that he was disabled before age 22. That allowed him to collect social security disability off my wife's work history in addition to the supplemental security income he was already receiving. He was denied when I filed on my own. Lindsay first tried to get a reconsideration by writing a letter with medical evidence. That was denied which Lindsay appealed and a hearing was scheduled. Lindsay then asked the judge to make a decision based on the record. The appeal was then approved! The hearing was then unnecessary and was cancelled. Great result!!
