Great experience most of the way through. However, misinformation and confusion made this a negative experience for me towards the end. It didn't feel great, and I was left with options that I didn't agree to initially. This was a bittersweet win, but a win nonetheless. I can say I appreciate the time you've spent handling this case and the speed at which it came to an end. Your staff was very polite at all times. I'll give you 4 stars as a courtesy, I'm sure many others will not share the same experience. We're all human.
