Mr Olson was very nice super helpful for our first meeting helped with some of my legal matters then it seemed like once the full fee was paid he kinda gave up on my case. I have tried multiple times for about a month or so now to get in touch with him I'm always told I will receive a call back then days and weeks go by without a word. I have voiced that if he doesn't want to continue with my case then to please let me know so I can retain a new lawyer which then I am reassured he will get back to me which has still yet to happen. Not sure if he just has a bigger case load than normal but I feel like smaller things will be pushed off without a heads up or even courtesy call. At first I was more than happy to refer him to friends and family looking for legal help but now sadly I am not so sure.

You're considering Williams because you are on a budget. She's on clearance for a reason. She is associated with this law office and it is tainting their reputation. If communication is not important to you, absolutely retain Williams. However, if you want representation that will let you know the plan of attack, the motions being submitted, and the response from the court, this is not the attorney for you. Williams picked up a case where my toddler was kidnapped on false allegations. The motion was to be heard on an emergency basis. Communication for months from Williams did not follow after I paid her 3K in cash for retainer. I had to call another paralegal in another firm to send me a copy of the motion Williams submitted but never provided me a copy of. After texting Williams for months without a reply. As an attorney I feel she is horrible. As a person with empathy for a kidnapped child, I feel she is nonchalant and extremely unethical when it comes to the well-being of a client's child.
