Was with them for 1 1/2 on my ssd case and the weekend before my hearing they drop out I called them and they said they booked another higher priority case the same day so we have to choose 1 mind you this is 3 days b4 my hearing I've been waiting 1 1/2 for.Then I get a letter the day of my hearing saying they tried called me numerous times and I didn't follow the guid lines .HONESTLY I think I has to do with there secretary Jennifer when I called to confront the letter she could answer any of my questions and said norman would call me which he hasn't bad business he need to retire.

I went into his office with nothing but the truth and a man's word and he helped me win my settlement, was there with me every step of the way and never lost faith.
