Someone in this office did significant harm to us by refusing to close our transaction for an asinine reason. When you're moving half way across country and have people stepping up & taking time off from work to help you only to find out less than a week prior to closing that this attorney refuses to work with the title insurance company that our lender uses. If emails had been read in their entirety rather than glossed over he could've notified us weeks earlier so we could have found someone more responsible and been able to close on time. This is unprofessional and rude. Now it will cost us a lot more $$ and leave us with no helpers. We are very angry!
