Alex is a horrible Divorce Attorney !!!!! I hired him because my ex wouldn't sign the divorce documents , he told me he could get my divorce done without her signature after 20 days! It's been 5 months and still No divorce! His secretary is a liar and so is he! I paid this lawyer all his money, and all he has done is lied to my face! He hides behind his secretary won't return any of my calls or emails. When I first retained his services he claimed I would be divorced less than 90 days! But to take my money and keep playing games! Don't use this lawyer l don't know this man nor this firm , however I trusted him with a very important part of moving forward with my life! And the treatment is That I have received is-non caring attitude, no empathy for my situation I have called and called and called this lawyer and he has not returned my phone call and I think it's very ignorant and rude his secretary, Won't answer my calls She see my name pop up on the caller ID . She states that she has been reaching out to the ex but she's a liar and from what the law states I don't need her signature so why are y'all waiting three months and you haven't heard anything from Someone her The reason that I retained your service of Alex is because you told me that after 20 days you did not need her signature however you're lying and telling me that she has not sent the paperwork back you supposed to be proceeding without her This practice is horrible. Please do not use.Giribaldi Manaras attorney practice for your divorce. I now have to file a complaint with the board sue him in court for my money back and I'm still not divorced.

I can honestly say looking for a lawyer for situations that family is involved in can be stressful but I found Giribaldi & Manaras, read a lot of reviews before deciding and contacted them as I didn't know what to expect. Alex has been nothing but amazing!! Nicole who works in the office has been just as amazing. All the sweat and hard work Alex does will release stress off of you as you can trust him with any case. Alex Giribaldi has been representing me for a few years and has done a superb job. My situation is a bit complex since it is an on going child support and custody case but Alex always makes sure that he is available to answer any questions or concerns.
