The Datner Firm

Robert was recommended by a friend. Not only did he work with me financially but he's an excellency attorney who got me the best case scenario for my crime. Without him I would be sitting in jail!

Beware of Mr. Datner. My aunt hired him the beginning of the year for a criminal case her grandson had. She spent $2,500 for a retainer and to get the case started. Throughout he barely communicated with her pertaining to any information he may have found. He also made disparaging comments about her grandson which borderline could be considered culturally bias.

DO NOT HIRE ROBERT DATNER FOR A CIVIL CASE. I RETAINED HIM TO BE MY ATTORNEY FOR A LAW SUIT. HE WAITED UNTIL LAST MINUTE TO FILE IT, THEN NEVER FOLLOWED THRU WITH MY DISPOSITIONS OR SHOWED UP TO COURT. HE ALSO HAS TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS. HE NEVER ANSWERS HIS PHONE. MY CASE ENDING GETTING DISMISSED AND THIS KEPT ME FROM HIRING ANOTHER ATTORNEY. I AM NOW FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BAR ASSOCIATION!!!

He they don't return phone calls or give you any direct answers as to what is going on with your case I've called for months now with no return call. They haven't done anything but tell me the same things I e told them about my case and it's going on two yrs now

In my opinions, If you have a prima facia case and your suing a major corporation for Harassment think twice before going to Robert Datner. There is more for him than you! You'll never know!
