I recently needed to consult a tax attorney and by reference from another reputable law firm they directed me to Stambaugh Tax Law & Accounting Co. My consultation on my tax law concerns was great and made another legal transaction fully understandable regarding the law and my pending tax liability. Based on the great tax law consultation, I turned to Allen for my corporate tax filings which included a deep dive into my corporation's past 4 years. Allen was great to work with as was his fellow co-workers Connor and Stella. Their fees were justified by their thorough and accurate work to minimize my tax liabilities. So much so that I will stop using my TurboTax account for Allen's diligent work on my personal returns as well.

I went in for a consultation on May 27th. They collected $325 from me. Ive called 3 times since to get a status update. One of the times I was on hold for 10 minutes, because they couldn't find my file. Very unprofessional. Never heard back from them once. I would not use them for anything tax or business related.
