James H. Thomas as solicitor to Conestoga Township advised the Township Supervisors not to resist the invading Atlantic Sunrise pipeline. He said they would face personal lawsuits that would penetrate their sovereign immunity. The Supervisors took his advice and rejected any plans for resisting the pipeline. Thomas now is representing frightened landowners in Conestoga as their eminent domain lawyer. His firm stands to make lots of money due to his coercion of the supervisors. This partner is morally corrupt.
