Although it was an unfortunate incident that brought me to the firm of Atlee Hall, I was and remain forever indebted to them, for their support through my ordeal.They always kept me informed regarding case strategies,standings and follow-up. Atlee Hall, and specifically the representation that lawyer Jamie Jackson and his paralegal Sheila Stephenson gave to me made me always feel that i was in good and caring hands. Even though I had limited contact with Chief Operations Manager Emma Parnham, she embodied the professionalism and sincerity that was shown to me by all in the firm. Jamie and Sheila were in constant contact with me during the lengthy process and always made me feel that that they sincerely cared about me and the outcome of my case. Here's to hoping that I wont be needing their services again but if I were to, they would be my first call

Consulted the firm via their online messaging system several days ago regarding a personal possible legal matter. Received a call back from Crystal; she was extremely kind and compassionate and thorough during our conversation. The next day she called back to schedule a call with an attorney. The attorney, Jeff, called on the scheduled day at the scheduled time. His demeanor was nice enough at first; we briefly discussed my issue and then he explained why their firm was unable to help. At the end of our conversation, however, he stated he wasn't sure how truthful the articles I had mentioned reading were (regarding the reason I had consulted the firm). The articles I had read were published in Sierra Magazine and Consumer Reports, both of which are highly reputable. I did not appreciate his condescension. I would not consult this firm again or recommend them to anyone. [this is written under my maiden name as I created my Google account years ago under that name]
