Josh is my guy! He got me out of a tough situation with no hesitation and handled everything smoothly from start to finish. Yes, legal help can be pricey, but with Josh, the results are absolutely worth it. If you want someone reliable, sharp, and on point Josh is the man!

Client

Josh blatantly lied to detectives in the discovery when I was defending n protecting a client that was blatantly involved in criminal case. And blatantly lied and sent false information in that later messed up my life. I definitely reported him to the Pennsylvania. You cannot play God with people's lives, especially when a conversation between attorneys him and mine being as though he knew him could've happened.

My experience with Joshua Rudolph was extremely disappointing, and I strongly advise against hiring him. At first, he presents himself as a confident, experienced attorney who has everything under control. He speaks in a way that makes you believe your case is in good hands. However, this is just a facade--when it comes to actual work, his performance is completely incompetent. We had a clear agreement that he would prepare me for court and ensure I had the opportunity to speak, yet he misled me, never prepared me properly, and when the time came, he did not allow me to say a single word in court. From the start, his approach was unprofessional. He arrived late to the scheduled court session and left abruptly without explaining the outcome or providing any guidance. Despite having solid evidence to support my case, he did not review or use it, allowing the opposing side's false claims to go unchallenged. His lack of preparation seriously damaged my position in court. Additionally, instead of ensuring proper interpretation services, he allowed his interpreter to speak on his behalf and block me from directly communicating with him. It was clear that he wasn't interested in defending me--just billing me. On the surface, Joshua Rudolph tries to appear like a highly competent attorney, but when it actually matters, he fails miserably. If you are looking for a reliable, professional, and skilled lawyer, stay away from Joshua Rudolph--hiring him was a serious mistake, and I would not want anyone else to go through the same experience.

My experience having hired (and then fired) Josh to draft a basic legal agreement. I told him I was also planning on having him draft a will for me and represent me for an injury case as well. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere on these matters. Josh seems like a great attorney (if he wants your work) and I'm not surprised by all the great reviews he has since he seems very likeable and generous with his time (at first). However, after the initial consultation Josh lacks the professionalism to tell his clients upfront when he is not interested in your work (or doesn't have time, I'm not sure which one it is). Instead of telling you he will ignore you for a week or more and hope you just go away. I would rather him just say upfront that he is not a good fit for the work than waste my time stringing me along. Seems I am not the only one with this experience either. Sort his firm's Google reviews by lowest first and you will see others complaining of the same thing. I suspect Josh did not want to do this work either or was too busy at that time (still not sure which one it is) So if it seems Josh is interested in your work and you continuously get timely responses from him after the initial consultation then I would recommend him. But as soon as it seems he is no longer interested, run for the hills because he is just going to waste your time stringing you along for months. I kept trying to be empathetic and give him another chance thinking maybe this is atypical but seems like that is his MO if he doesn't want your work. Josh - just be honest with your clients upfront and don't jerk them around. Seems like you have a very successful practice and can be a great attorney.

I found Josh Rudolph by chance simply from opening up a letter I received in the mail and he happened to be the first envelope from a bunch of law firms. Well I was lucky. He was not only amazing at his job and competent, he was comforting to me when I was stressed, he went the extra mile by even coming out to visit me as a means of support offering friendly advice. I was extremely happy with the outcome of my case as well, he got the best possible outcome for me in my DUI case, and he even had a good rapport with the judges. I recommend his services 100%.
