This attorney requested payment in advance. He never did what we paid him for. I received one letter from him with no contract or fee schedule. Prices he quoted me were off the top of his head. Complaints were filed with the Bar, Bbb, and the attorney General . They are no help at all. He will definitely take your money. That is probably the only time he will spend any time with you and your legal situation. Won't trust him again. He is also violent and screams and yells tried running me out of his office after I stopped one day to ask him why he wasn't doing what we paid him for. Nauseating that I have to pay another law firm to try to get my money back.

Do not trust this man or give him any of your money!!! I recently paid him $2,000.00 as a "retainer" for a custody case. After doing absolutely NOTHING other than showing up at the hearing, I ask for the remainder of my retainer fee back. I was told by him that he doesn't need to return any of it and that it was a flat fee, not a retainer! I have worked with other attorney's and never once have I received such terrible representation followed by disrespect. Attorney Kaharick did not prepare anything for court, meet with us prior to the hearing to discuss the case, nor subpoena anyone who had knowledge in regard to this situation. He is the ABSOLUTE WORST attorney that I have ever hired. I would not even give him a one star rating but you have to in order to post a review.

I know someone who had paid this lawyer to help with a case in which the person didn't do the crime and was being set up. And the case was honestly an easy case had he put in some real effort to help my friend out. Thankfully friend has proved ineffective and has got another chance to try an fight but that's after he did three years away from his family when he was never supposed to go to jail. This man is no good at helping people

Paid him 2500, he never did a thing for me, nothing, zero. Later I asked for a refund, he asked me for my phone number. He lost my number! What a joke!!!!!!!!!
