First and foremost, I highly recommend Kitay Law Offices to represent you! I was in a really dark place and filled with so much anxiety. My life felt like it was over. I had gotten a DUI, and lets just say, my circumstances were not good at all! I was supposed to face very serious pentalties. The worst. However, Kim Lennox did amazing job pulling strings and getting incredible results for me. Honestly, the results couldn't have gotten any better! It was the best possible outcome! Because of kitay law offices i feel like I have a second chance and it feels so good to be able to see the light at the end of tunnel again. Everyone was super nice throughout the whole process! My attorney Daniel Hunter was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very professional from the first phone call to the very end. He was very transparent with his expectations. These guys will fight for you! I highly recommend Kitay law firm!

Do NOT Hire!!!!!!!! Daniel Hunter was hired through Kitay Law Office in Pittson. They also have an office in Wyomissing, PA, and Hazelton, PA. The situation was very serious, and the firm headed by Ken Kitay assigned Andres Jalon to the case, only to do a bait and switch and assigned Mr. Hunter. We were assured after meeting Mr. Hunter that he would not be the head attorney. Not true. And he and their firm took overpriced attorney fees for no work. Every time we asked if Mr. Hunter would request evidence; his comment was always rude and followed with a no. He was waiting. He gave less than half adequate performance for first quality fees. In the end, he claimed he explained everything beforehand, but in reality, he even came back and said, "OOPS" I forgot to mention. Back in December of 2024 Kitay Law informed us that Andres Jalon was no longer with them and another attorney would be provided. No one was. When asked, they wouldn't respond for long periods of time and then finally by e-mail, they said they would find another attorney. Again, they never did. Mr. Hunter admitted he was good friends with the arresting police officer and present DA and advised not to take original plea offer 15 months prior, only to come back when all was too late that after talking with all his friends and associates, he couldn't win and to take a new one which was horrible! Then at the last minute the deal changed and instead of representing his client, said to just sign the papers. I called Mr. Kitay to see about making this right. He couldn't talk with me, but had another associate call me. He spent a better part of 45 minutes apologizing for Hunter's bad bed side manner, but always said, "according to the notes/" So apparently my notes and witnesses are wrong and only their notes are correct. He stated he'd talk to Mr. Kitay to try to make this right and would get back to me by the end of business in two days. Suprise!!!!! NO ONE called! Proof once again this firm is unreliable. This review is NOT spiteful or false in any way. Just Buyer Be Ware! I gave them a chance and even prewarned I would be leaving this review. Apparently, this won't bother them.

Caring and kind demeanor. Great communication and fast response time of return calls I believe Kenneth Kitay enjoys serving his community and the people in it per our conversation. Which is a respectable personality trait, I admire in someone.
