I like this guy, the other lawyer Bill, the staff, and the lady who answers the phone. They're all helpful and kind. Oh. And i cant forget Jack!

Have been trying to get in contact with someone for weeks now. Jone is extremely rude and condescending. She sounds like she's worked there for centuries but does not know anything about anything. I don't know if she's just plain racist, ignorant or just needs to find a different job that would only require yes or no answers out of her. Even better something that does not require ANY customer service skills. Because in all honesty for the past 2 weeks I've been calling she has proven to have none. She always picks up and rushes you to stop talking to hang up, answers in a bothered very rude tone. Not helpful or insightful at all. if he wants any business to continue going his way he needs to get rid of her. I don't ever write reviews but he needs to do a lot better with this staff. Or more specifically get Jone off of phone duty. I feel like she doesn't even write down my information to call back.

Been using them for 32 years for title work, great family.

Did not return multiple messages regarding the sale of my property and failed to live up to the sales agreement. Did not give any indication that an extension was needed to the original agreement and let it lapse after not returning calls for 3 days. Do not seek services from this attorney if you wish to work with someone who cares about you as a client.

Was warned not to use this attorney, should have listened. Does not care about my concerns, just his payday at the end of my father's estate. EDIT: its been 2 years since we hired him for my dads estate and he still hasn't closed it. Claims during covid he was unable to work causing us to be slammed with tax fees... for God's sake, it's your own personal business you can't take stuff home and work. He missed court and sent his son and paralegal instead who are not knowledgeable of the case. Had to hire a master to hear my concerns because he is worthless.
