I was having an issue with their new phone ai system and it took some time but i did receive a call back. Whoever tracy is in their office needs a raise. I can be a difficult customer if i feel like ive received less than adequate care for service im paying for. And she was amazing to talk to.

Attorney Banks got my case dismissed as he said he would on my preliminary hearing. I wasn't nervous at all whatsoever. His professionalism is astonishing. He embarrassed the DA the judge as well as the police on the nonsense I was charged with he is by far the best Attorney I've ever dealt with.

Originally we spoke Matthew Banks on our custody case he agreed to take our case we were reffered by North Penn legal services Banks was great but soon after putting $1500 down our case was given to his understudy who charged for every phone call, voicemail, email, and text. When we contacted him about not doing the steps to establish paternity we received no answer for over a week. Understand during this time the newborn baby was under 50/50 custody order with no actual order. With no paternity rights established at birth. It was necessary to establish custody before proceeding with modification of original order. It came down to us having to go through domestics and getting a call from Banks himself yelling at us telling us that his understudy has other cases we aren't the only ones. Now I know that but I also know that filing paperwork when you are paid $1500 do so isn't a lot to ask. Also when you are in any type of employment for that brief time you are engaged with your client you are suppose to make them feel like they are the only one. I agree that my daughter called a few more times then she should of in the beginning due to the fact that she was a first time mother forced to give up her baby for 3 days straight. They refused her breast milk and put the baby on formula after being breast fed strictly for 3 weeks of her precious life. She needed reassurance something was being done as fast as possible when in fact that was not the case like I said we had to go through domestics. After being reprimanded by Banks his understudy started charging for any contact so we decided not to contact him until he was needed. 2 months later we get a check in the mail for the remaining balance saying they closed out the case due to lack of contact. So if you have a custody situation be very careful I wouldn't want to see you end up in the same predicament.
