They move pretty quickly and so far they have been very honest and transparent, they don't play any games. They dont make any promises they can't keep. If you're in need of some sort of council and you are in the military and or a veteran they specialize with these type of cases. Or if you just trying to upgrade A military discharge They're amazing with that as well! They were recommended to me and I'm going through that process right now! They are very fair and very hard-working as well as trusting compared to a lot of other predatory firms that pray on veterans! This firm actually helps Veterans when their cases! They helped me with my upgrade discharge back in 2019 and they did an "alright" job drafting the paperwork..I reviewed it years later and found that they missed key points that lead to my circumstances. I know discharge upgrades are hard but at least put in the effort.. if it wasn't for the class action I wouldn't have gotten my upgrade and when I asked for help they asked for 5000$ so I dont believe this firm has the intrest of the veteran..I did my own research and found how to do it .so save your self 7000$ and do it your self . Nobody but you knows what happened
