Attorney ugarte represented me in my child custody case.. my case was a complex and difficult one. I had previously had another Attorney from a different firm who in my opinion was way over her head and I got no results. After reaching out to Becker law firm I finally felt like they heard me and my concerns. Not once did they fumble on any paperwork. Attorney Becker and Attorney Welsh, along with their team of attorneys and paralegals were incredibly professional, understanding and supportive. I had a very complex case which spanned several years in the topics of child custody, domestic relations, out of state relocation, and child protective services. There were many many details that to many would be considered overwhelming. The members of this firm listen and do so attentively. As human beings, their expertise can only go as far as the transparent information that you provide them. As a client, it was my job to provide them with all the correct history, organized documentation and summaries and on time payments for them to be able to accomplish their objective; which was representing the best interests of my children and I. If you do not keep diligent records, the representation you are desiring may not be possible. Your attorneys can only work with what you give them. Be truthful at every turn. You get what you pay for with this firm. I used Attorney Taylor Welsh for a very high conflict custody case. She was nothing but professional. She was honest with me through the whole process.
