So pleasant and the first person to make me feel like I wasn't crazy or a bum trying to play the system. I called one other "law firm" receptionist made me feel like I was a problem or less than something. Idk. I wasn't welcomed or even felt any compassion. Quanyrini and Something needs to check them selves at the door and it starts with the first call or contact with a person. And I am a RN who just by bad luck am now disabled. I won't allow people to treat me bad. Lol. I'm sorry for the rant the point is David Hart treated me like a real person. Hats off to you sir!!!!
