Where can I even start? I would rate negative stars if I could. Lidia was very quick to take my injury case, but I was continuously hit with excuses. Fist her email wasn't working so I started texting her. Then she was on vacation and couldn't get ahold of her. I was able to get a hold of her assistant, which is worse than Lidia with communication very rude very unprofessional. It was hard getting a hold of her which then I asked for an in person appointment and when I finally was able to get a hold of Lidia, Lidia was very rude and said it was a waste of time to even meet in person when we could speak over the phone. The time I was able to communicate with her I was always giving misinformation about my case. She didn't even know the make or a model of my car when she had already accepted my case I was giving her all the information from the other parties insurance and she wasn't giving me any information. What ended up happening... Is that my car was deemed abandoned, and I lost ownership. Please I urge you not to trust this lady. She is very, very, very unprofessional and very rude. The only time she handled things in a timely manner was when she sent me a letter to discontinue representation. After I clarified to her that I was her client and she needed to answer my questions. After 8 months of ignoring me I was fed up. When I hired her as my lawyer she said she would help with the car portion of the case. She did in fact say she doesn't normally work on the car portion but she would help. To then tell me months later she wasn't helping with that. RUN FROM THIS LAWYER!
