HOGANLAW, formerly HOGAN & SCOTT, was founded in 1928 by Charles D. Hogan (d.1970), Leighton Scott (d.1956), William P. Hogan (d.2008), and James C. Hogan, now retired Judge of the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas. After completing her clerkship to The Honorable Robert A. Freedberg (retired President Judge, Northampton County Court of Common Pleas and Retired Judge of the Superior Court), Theresa joined the firm. HOGANLAW is a civil law practice, specializing in areas of business law (formation and contracts, employment law), elder law and estate/family (including non-traditional)/nursing home and special needs planning (trusts , wills, powers of attorney), adoptions, real estate/title insurance, and related litigation.
