If I could give him zero stars I would. He changed the price three times. Upon our first visit, we searched up the court dates which were quickly approaching, about 2/3 weeks out - He gave me the court date information (since I never got anything in the mail). Then he claimed to not be aware of the court dates later on when he demanded payment right away, even though he told me I could break it down in monthly payments. When court day came, he showed up the minute that we were due to be seen by the mediator. He was profusely sweating. I asked him if he would like to speak outside before we went in since he showed up last minute and gave me attitude and claimed he didn't even know who I was. During the mediation, he barely spoke, I did more talking than him. When he did speak, he miss quoted something my ex-husband had just said moments before. My ex, his lawyer, and the mediator all called him out on it. Finally, after the hearing, he was demanding 1000 more dollars. I sent it to him in fear I was confused and messaged him screenshots of the pricing that he gave me. He did not return the money to me and told me that this is what he charges even though I showed him directly the pricing we agreed on. I was confused and asking he return the money because my fee was satisfied without that extra grand based on the evidence that I gave him and he left me on read. Any lawyer that's going to be sneaky to a single mom must not be a good lawyer if he is down that bad for money. Would not recommend.
