First of all, 5 stars is not enough! My family is going through a very difficult time with my older brother who was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's. He just realized how important power of attorney and will is. He lives in PA but had to come to NY for family to take care of him. I called Kristen at the very last minute to make an appt. Her assistant Diane was very pleasant and professional and gave me info on appts and fees and gave me an appt within 48 hours. I was very picky with days/times and was now 3 hours away. She was very patient time and time again. About 10 min later, Kristen called me and said it couldn't be done in one shot on that day, which was my requirement. She then proceeded to contact associates, colleagues and even offered the name of another nearby attorney that could get it done in one shot. She was skillful, confident and was contacting others while she was explaining details to me. Kristen and Diane both went "over and above" to ensure that I was satisfied, even if I did NOT use their services. In the end, I booked an appointment with one of Kristen's associates. I would highly recommend this attorney/office. The people skills are extraordinary!!
