This is my story about successfully selling my company. First, I read a few books (Walk Away Wealthy and The Art of Selling Your Business). They helped me understand the best way to sell a company. Then I did a few hours of research looking for an attorney. I found three attorneys that I liked. I contacted them and had a phone meeting with each attorney. I then narrowed it down to two attorneys and scheduled a meeting with each one to review their services. Before the meeting I prepared questions to ask each attorney about the process of selling my business, including exploring their experience with corporate legal matters. After both meetings, I compared my notes and choose The Lynch Law Group, LLC as they were best suited for the sale of my company. I then scheduled a meeting at the firm and arrived an hour early. I sat in the reception area and watched the manner in which their office was operating. I observed the staff working at the firm and looked for the way employees were dressed, organization of the offices and conference room and listened to some of the phone conversations of employees speaking to clients. I then met attorney Eric Thomas. Days before my meeting I researched Eric Thomas extensively on the internet. I liked the information that I found on Eric Thomas and thought he would be very well suited for the sale of my company. We then discussed the retainer, hourly charges, phone charges and office staff charges. After just a few days I found that the communication that Eric Thomas had with the buyer's attorney, the banks attorney and I was simply perfect. The strategy Eric Thomas employed was highly effective and very powerful in securing top dollar for the sale of my company. Eric Thomas' seasoned negotiating skills combined with his savvy communication worked to my advantage in several parts of the sale with the buyer, the buyer's attorney and the banks attorney. Eric was so patient with me and so professionally tough with buyer's counsel that I knew the sale would be a success. Eric Thomas exceeded my expectations in his counsel, transaction guidance, legal knowledge and legal strategies. Also, it was the teamwork at the Lynch Law Group that I found extraordinary in the sale of my company. I would like to thank Dan Lynch, Eric Thomas, Anna O'Friel, staff members, team members and the receptionists who quickly assisted me each and every time a called the Lynch Law Group. In all my years of business dealings with many attorneys, I would highly recommend Eric Thomas to sell a company. It was the greatest experience I have ever had with an attorney. Attorneys Juan Paz-Rosario and Liberty Weyandt, "Super Lawyers" of The Lynch Law Group, withdrew as fast as they could from a case I was involved in when I had pointed out to the Superior Court that they had most likely committed a felony under 18 U.S.C. SS 208. See Young v. United States ex rel. Vuitton et Fils, 481 U.S. 787, 805 (1987). One of their favorite moves seems to be playing dumb and feigning as if they don't know what the law actually is to mislead the court. Attorney Paz-Rosario in particular is breathtakingly mendacious and deceitful. In another case, Attorney Paz-Rosario had evidently never heard of the statute of limitations. How did this guy pass the bar exam? There are many great attorneys of the Pennsylvania bar. Look for one elsewhere.
